Looking for a cosy place to chill with your friends with some nice beer, cosy ambiance & good food in Mohali? Brew Bros is the place to be for all the parties with your gang. Though I don’t consume alcohol, so can’t tell if the beer was best but my friends loved their beer and my food review is down below.
Couldn’t click the pictures of interiors much but the interiors were lovely. Dim light, plush use of wood, metal, dar upholstery, wall arts and decor everywhere around makes it best to get your pictures clicked. While the first 2 floors are having similar interiors, the 3rd floor has an air bar/ rooftop seating with a lot of shades of green in interiors.
So they have recently launched their new food menu, which I was there to try. The menu is very nicely designed and you won’t feel left out in your gang if you’re a vegetarian or don’t drink. It has some nicely prepared mocktails, shakes and smoothies alongwith alcohol. With Indian, Chinese, continental & fusion food to choose from, there’s a very wide variety for vegetarians. Met the manager and the Chef over there and they’ve worked very good on the food.

I had:
Mocktails (4/5): Incase you don’t drink alcohol like me, their mocktails are really good. I tried Tropical Blue Lagoon which was very refreshing, with Blue Curacao, pineapple and lime. The Virgin Marry is my all time favourite, with tangy tomato juice, worcestershire, tobasco, celery & lime; spicy and tangy. The Brew Bros Punch was fruity and refreshing with orange, green chilli & lime. The Spiced Apple Mint Twist was majorly apple based, with green & red apple chunks, pepper & mint. Virgin Marry & Tropical Blue Lagoon, a must try.

Lemon Basil Cottage Cheese (4/5): This is a really nice fusion dish inspired from lemon chicken. Battered & fried tender Paneer chunks, stir fried with bell peppers in a tangy lemon basil sauce, finished with spring onion greens. You’ll love it if you love lemony things and paneer.
Dahi ke kebab (4.25/5): They were perfectly creamy & soft kebabs of hung yoghurt, stuffed with some paneer and nuts, served with a creamy dip. However I didn’t like the spices, but overall the kebabs were good.
Mushroom Banno Kebab (4/5): This is a perfect starter for mushroom lovers. Mushroom caps stuffed with spinach & cheese, marinated with tandoori masala & cooked in tandoor.
Paneer Tikka (4.5/5): No one can go wrong with paneer tikka and their paneer tikka was perfect. Well balanced with spices and charred perfectly. Must try for vegetarians.
Hare Moong Peanut ki Tikki (3.75/5): This was a really innovative one, kebabs made of Moong dal & peanuts, stuffed with cheese, flavoured with garam masala. Crisp outside, melting cheese inside, served with green chutney, these were perfect.
Californian Cheese Fingers(4.25/5): Potato, cottage cheese, veggies and corn fingers, stuffed with cheese, a perfect cheese lover favourite. Crisp outside, with lots of veggies & cheese inside.
Mountain Chaat (3.5/5): This was a very refreshing chana chaat to go with your drinks. Chickpeas, peanuts, lemon, chilli, ginger, onions & tomatoes, mixed and tempered with mustard seeds, a must try for chaat lovers.
Waldrof Salad (4.5/5): Only a few restaurants can make really good vegetarian salads in the tricity and this was perfect. Very light, refreshing and well prepared, I could eat 2 bowls. It had granny smith apples, walnuts, celery & lettuce in a honey, mustard & orange dressing. Must try.
Khaboosh Rolls (3/5): These didn’t go well with me. Neither my friends, nor me liked these wraps as they lacked flavours and were under seasoned. They were stuffed with veggies, falafel, hummus, served with hummus, tahini & falafel on side. Not recommended.
Moroccan Pizza (4.75/5): The pizza is a Highly Recommended. Perfectly cooked base, crisp outside, soft inside, beautifully paired with harissa sauce, veggies, mushrooms, sweet chilli cured crisp paneer chunks, topped with lots of cheese.
Brew Bros Special (2.5/5): This was basically an improvised version of panjeeri, sweetened with jaggery, with lots of nuts, however I didn’t like the taste and it is Not Recommended.
Creamy Choco Chura Jar (4.5/5): This was a realy yummy dessert, my favourite thing in the entire meal. It was basically a pudding with layers of cream flavoured with vanilla, choco chips, choco crumbs, with some cherries. Highly recommended.
Death by Chocolate (4.25/5): This was a decadent, gooey & chocolaty sizzling brownie, topped with chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream & walnuts.

This place is definitely a must try. Alongwith good beer, they serve some good food and mocktails, one of the best among the microbreweries in the tricity. The interiors are very warm and make you want to stay. The portion size and the quality of ingredients used was good and the flavours came through and so was the service.
