Peanut butter, a healthy & delicious substitute of table butter as a spread on your bread & buns is a classic favourite, relished by all. Though it is super healthy and rich in good fats, did you know that the store bought peanut butter is equally harmful for your health? Loaded with salt, sugar, preservatives, harmful vegetable oils and lesser peanuts, store bought peanut butter is nothing but unhealthy.
Making peanut butter at home is super simple and takes not more than 5 minutes to prepare. With a few ingredients readily available at home, youβll simply love it, having nuttier taste and creamier texture than the store bought.
